With the proposal approved and the contract signed, we hop on an onboarding call to have a detailed discussion of your requirements, marketing objectives, product philosophy, value propositions, and more.
In this chat, it’s your turn to fire away with anything and everything you’d like to share with us about what marketing success looks like to you. We listen and take notes so that we can refine our initial strategy and make it airtight.

Then, we schedule a call with you to share our commitments in terms of who and how many team members would be actively involved in the execution of your campaign along with setting the right expectations to avoid any surprises down the road.
Once execution kicks off, you tell us how (and how often) you wish to be apprised about your campaign’s performance. Typically, we schedule monthly/biweekly calls to share comprehensive updates with our clients.
These conversations are all about how your campaign is coming along, getting answers to our questions (if our team has any), and answering any questions you may have.
You get a dedicated account manager who’ll serve as your point of contact to discuss any work-based matters at any time. Plus, we have established a set of standardized formats to monitor, measure, and enhance our project execution for each campaign.
At the end of every campaign, we share detailed content marketing and SEO performance reports that elaborate on every aspect of your organic growth, along with suggestions for areas you should continue to invest more in future campaigns.
