We believe in keeping things straightforward and transparent. While the exact steps depend on the role you apply for, here are the usual steps involved in our hiring process.
While we actively headhunt talent, most of our prospective candidates are inbound — from LinkedIn, Twitter, referrals, and cold emails.
You’ll have an initial pre-screening call with HR. If they find your skills and stance in line with our requirements, they would forward your candidature to the relevant team leads.
The team leads will thoroughly review your CV, portfolio, LinkedIn profile, and any work samples you share with us. Based on their review, we can either request an interview or reject your candidature.
Depending on the role you’ll be hired for — technical SEO, content marketing, content writing, design — we’ll ask you for your availability for a 30-to-60-minute technical interview with a couple of team leads.
This can be a face-to-face or an online interview. The interview is meant as an opportunity for the candidate and the team leads to understand each other better, the roles and responsibilities, and the company’s processes.
We will share a short assessment to further gauge your skills, knowledge, and fitness for the role.
If everything goes well, our HR and team leads will share detailed feedback on the interview and the assessment with our founder. If he feels positive about the feedback, we will release an offer letter. If not, he might request a short interview with himself before the offer letter is released.
